New Smyrna Neighborhood Approved

smyrna-epic-homesA new Smyrna subdivision was approved by the City Council. The builder, Epic Homes, will build the neighborhood of 15 homes on Concord Road and Old Concord Road.

The total acreage is 4.2 acres. Cobb County will keep 9,000 square feet that will become a park at the intersection of Old Corner Road and Concord Road.

Smyrna Approves Three New Neighborhoods

Smyrna-JenniferPhoto12.jpgThe rezoning of 18 new houses in Smyrna has been approved by the Smyrna City Council. The rezoning was approved for three different areas of the city.

One of the areas is at 3380 Pinetree Drive next to Paramount Realty Group. It will be a neighborhood of 13 single-family homes on seven acres. They are proposing a new road to be built as well.

Another part will be Phase Two of the Park Place Subdivision at N. Cooper Lake Road. This will be built by Craftmark Development, and will be three more single-family homes on .7 acres. Park Place Subdivision already has 11 homes.

The last group of homes is at Stephens Street, which will be two homes built by J. Carpenter Homes. Smyrna is growing and growing! You should check it out!

Smyrna Rent is Increasing Quickly

The Village of Belmont Commons Opens in Smyrna

smyrna-village-belmont-commonsThe Village of Belmont Commons is a new development near the Shops at Belmont in Smyrna. It features both townhomes and single-family homes around the $330s and up to $440s.

Most of the homes are three levels, and the square footage ranges from 1794 – 2478. Some homes have three bedrooms and 2.5 baths and are two stories, while the largest ones are four bedrooms with 3.5 baths and are three stories.

The Village of Belmont Commons is close to Smyrna Market Village, Tolleson Park, and the Shops at Belmont. Residents who chose to live in this development are districted from Smyrna Elementary School, which is located next to the complex, and Campbell Middle and High School.
