Smyrna Named in 2016 Best Small Towns in America


WalletHub put out it’s list of the 2016 Best Small Cities in America, and Smyrna made the cut! The company compared 1268 cities that had populations between 25,000 and 100,000 people based on 30 indicators of livability from “housing costs” to school-system quality” to “number of restaurants per capita.”

Smyrna was in the 68th percentile of the list. It’s total score was 59.5, with Quality of Life being 406, Affordability being 687, Economic Health Rank being 272, Education & Health Rank being 683, and Safety Rank being 627.
