Jason McClure, who previously owned FLIP Burger Boutique, is opening a new restaurant in Smyrna named after his dad, Wade’s.
The eatery, next to Concord Linear Park near the corner of Hollis and Concord, will be two stories and will have a bar and patio on both floors. The clientele demographic is 30-45 year olds with families and a “fine dining/casual hybrid.” There will be occasional live music including acoustic guitar players.
Lunch and dinner will be serves seven nights a week, from 11AM to 10PM Sunday – Thursday and 11AM – 12AM on Fridays and Saturdays. The menu will have $10-13 sandwiches and low $20 prices for entrees.
McClure is working on a plan to offer a shuttle to and from the nearby SunTrust Park so people can enjoy the Braves games. It would be complimentary for customers and will run in partnership with a number of Smyrna area restaurants and the City of Smyrna.
The restaurant will probably open in January.
